• Date: Sunday, May 31st
• Time: 12:00 PM – 14:00 PM (2 Hours)
• Location: Keukenboeren, Rotterdam | Coolhaven 148A, 3024 AL Rotterdam
• Target: 1 Parent + 1 Kid Combo (Ages 7–15)
• Language: 100% English Immersion
• Capacity:  Strictly limited to 12 spots only!

1. Mandatory Supervision

This is a family-participation workshop. Every child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Guardians are responsible for their child’s safety and behavior throughout the session.

2. Knife Safety Policy

• Under 13: Strictly prohibited from handling knives. Parents/Guardians must perform all slicing.
• Ages 13–15: Knife use is permitted ONLY under direct, one-on-one supervision by the guardian.
• By booking, you agree to take full responsibility for any risks associated with tool usage.

3. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

• Our menu includes Beef, Egg, Sesame, Soy, and Wheat.
• Please notify us of any severe allergies at least 5 days in advance. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment due to the nature of a shared kitchen.

4. Media Consent 

We may take photos/videos for promotional purposes. For social media use, we will respect your privacy by covering faces as much as possible. If you do not consent to being filmed or photographed, please notify our staff upon arrival.  

5. Refund & Transfer Policy

Due to ingredient preparation and limited spots, the following rules apply:

• Up to 7 days before the event: 100% Full Refund.
• 4 to 6 days before the event: 50% Refund.
• Less than 4 days before the event: Non-refundable.
• Ticket Transfer: Tickets are fully transferable. If you cannot attend, you may send another parent-child duo in your place (please notify us of the name change).

6. Food Safety & Consumption

• Kimbap contains fresh ingredients that are highly sensitive to temperature. For food safety reasons, all prepared food must be consumed on-site.
• No Take-away: Due to the risk of spoilage in warmer weather, we do not allow participants to take leftovers home. We appreciate your understanding in keeping our "Hunters" safe and healthy!
