The Experience Journey
This is more than a dinner; it's a 120-minute invitation to exhale. In a world of constant noise, we invite you to a table where silence is the main ingredient. This experience is designed to gently down-regulate your nervous system and help you rediscover a sense of 'enoughness' through the art of Korean temple food.
- The Threshold (Arrival): We begin with an intentional transition; a warm towel ritual and shared breathing to help you leave the rush of the city behind and align with the quiet rhythm of the room.
- The Seasonal Ritual: Enjoy a menu of 'Food of Compassion' (Vegan, allium-free). To heighten your awareness, the meal is first encountered through aroma and steam through lidded vessels, allowing the senses to wake up before the first bite.
- Stories & Connection: After our silent meal, we will come together to share the stories behind the ingredients and the 1,700-year-old philosophy that makes temple food a living practice.
- A Piece of Stillness (Included): To help you carry this feeling home, every guest will receive a handmade linen tablecloth and a set of reflection cards (Value: €45).
